Well this store is meh kind of so so. It is a Winn-Dixie. But, meh, it's pretty dinky. On the most current occasion that I did go in to this location, they did have there limited space stocked well. I don't honestly believe this is because of the stocking crew though because. meh, A few months back when I was last in this location it seemed most of the filling of sales items and what seemed to be left over stock was put on management. I will give the dark haired, clean cut, more slender manager some very decent credit though started with an A I'll Just say AL I believe, if I remember right. Answer to any question to. He seemed to be doing 3-4 peoples jobs at all times, I have visited this location, but again I have not visited this location in some months. Store manager never to be seen. And there was this fairly larger guy that I think cut an S.B.D. when I walked past him once he seemed to talk a lot. I don't know what his purpose there was but hey, It was something. Maybe to scare off the small spenders with silent but violence's. The register people seemed to do I'd say OK but that's it. The isles are pretty narrow so it's a squeeze. And I think there's a bit to much baskets and foo foo stuff packing the isles at points. I also noticed this store had a couple of people from other Winn-Dixie locations in different management positions or what seemed to be maybe bumped down to strange positions from what they were a few years back when I viewed them at other county location. Very strange to see a counter manager or clerk in a bakery position. I have seen this company do that many times though over years, to greater workers. And a few workers I have seen or maybe I should say smelled more locally have definitely fallen of the wagon more then there share. So, I'll say meh It's OK but A lot of odd placement and miss designated positions. And, I honestly would say from my experience of Winn-Dixie Past customer experiences. Cripes Oho Mighty! Get some screamin previous or past tense workers back in the mix. Because the new breed overall isn't cutting it. Wanna say it's OK, really do. Because a couple managers do it to it but. the rest meh. The store though...
Read moreWell today was my last time shopping at the Kenneth City Winn Dixie. Roughly 2 to 3 months back, I went to this store to purchase a few pounds of snow crabs. The fact I had to walk to the front for seafood assistance was already a sign. Only to find they has at least two inches of ice on top, and were clearly freezer burnt. Today topped the cake for sure!! First thing caught my eyes was the day old corn shucks, with trash mixed! Sitting in the produce department. I overlooked that bc I was only in there for a few items from that department. I made my way to the dairy department to only find old moldy cheese! My first mind was to just not get any cheese and continue, after being disgusting. Something said no this is the second time at this store youâve had problems. I requested the manager at check out. The cashier called up Chris the store manager, and explain my reasons for his presents. Before I could tell him why, and before he apologized. He defended the reason why I had molded cheese in my had. His reasons were cheese get air holes and can become moldy very quickly! Again this is at 7:45 AM, they opened at 7:00 AM. Meaning someone in the morning or at night walks through the store, and checks things like this. Pulls things forward for the next day to make the store look full, and fresh for the customers in the morning. This review is bc instead of him saying Iâm sorry we missed this and will try and correct little mistakes like this. He tried to convince me that things like these are common, and happen all the time. As a customer this isnât what I wanted to hear. I only shop at this Winn Dixie bc of the convenience. (The store location I prefer is on 62nd Street). Itâs not bc I love this place, and super clean. I love Winn Dixie bc of the great bargains, but this is strike two. To sum things up Iâll never give this store my...
Read moreI keep seeing fake service dogs. A service dog is not going to be like 4 feet away from itâs owner on leash! Legally, YOU ARE allowed to ask âIs that a service animalâ and âwhat task does it preform to migrate the ownerâs disabilityâ You are allowed kick the owner out if the dog is acting aggressive (jumping, pulling, barking, peeing or pooping in store, and so on). ESA AND THERAPY DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED OR GRANTED PUBLIC ACCESS. COMFORMT IS not A TASK FOR A SERIVCE DOG, as stated by the ada (âService animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the personâs disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.â) Please have a big sign saying Serivce animals only no therapy dogs, ESAs or pets. ESAs are not trained for public access therefore meaning that they are a bite risk, Serivce dogs are required to be public access trained therefore not bite risk. THERE IS NO Paperwork or registration for Serivce animals! Unlike ESAs (Need legit letter from therapist) and therapy dogs (have to past tests). Also by letting fake Service animals into your store, sets a bad example for those with real issues and problems who actucally need service dogs! (When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the personâs disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the...
