Brewburgers Taphouse — Restaurant in Kenneth City

I would like to shed some bad news and hopefully some criticism to make them realize their mistakes and fix them. Currently I am at the location in St pete, when I first walked in it seemed like a nice little burger joint.. but looks can be decieving. We ordered our food, no problems, except they were out of tea. Then, many-many minutes later our waitress returns with very unfortunate neww, they are out of fried green tomatoes, by which one table guest ordered as a side, and another ordered the rudy burger(this burger is prized for having fried green tomatoes). This was alright, seeing as most restaurants have at least one thing out of stock. My review would've been a much higher appraisal except for the following series of events. They were out of toilet paper. Yep.. the essential needed to wipe your, well, you get the point. So our waitress went and asked someone to put toilet paper in.... yet it never came. Good thing the girls bathroom had one little bit left. We asked for the manager.. so the waitress called him/her and got no response; yet another pickle. My guests and I were on the verge of leaving, but didn't because a full day of watching little league baseball had us starving... we just needed food. Aha, at last 30 minutes after all of this went down our food had arrived, and all burgers we ordered as well-done and medium-well came out medium, kind of pink in thr center for those of you needing an explanation. Oh and did i mention that the chef didn't "put in" enougj fries for 3 orders of fries.. huh. This definitely was an awkward predicament and we all were very unsatisfied. I do not recommend visiting this location, but i do recommend going to the brewburgers on venice island. They had very good food and amazing service. And before anyone is thinking I may be bashing the waitress at all, I am not, her job is to take care of our needs and it is in no way her fault that anything happened. I hope this...

11/12/2016 - First Visit -

After riding past and seeing the Brewburgers getting built, we finally decided to try the place. This is a 5 Star place but I give it only 4 stars allowing room for improvement, after all, they just recently opened and need time to get things right.

Great burgers as they are from good beef. Hand patted burgers, not pre pressed meat in a box of frozen meat Frisbee's. Onion rings are really good as the are beer battered and not just dipped in a flour mix. A craft beer (Big Storm Brewery's, Wavemaker Amber Ale) and a Cob Salad.

Service took a while, but the food is worth the wait. Small kitchen causes the long time, but again, worth it!

December 2nd is the Grand Opening date but they are of course already open. They just need the time to finalize some touches to the restaurant.

This is a good, "Family Restaurant." When we were there, there was a family of 5, three were young children, Also a nursing home must have left the door opened as 5 elder folk came in for dinner and appeared to have been there previously,. Wait staff were courteous and accommodating, checking on their tables quite often.

Horrible service don't wast your time

The first time I came last week the service was actually cheerful and nice. I liked it so much that I drove from Tampa to come back again. When I got to st Pete I tried to call ahead and place a order but a rude server told me it was busy and hung up. I tried calling several times after but they took the phone off of the hook. So I went to burger monger instead.

Today I gave them a second chance and drove from Tampa again. I called when I got to st Pete and was told by the rude server they were busy and my order would take 45 minutes . When I got to the restaurant my order wasn't ready and it was only about 6 customers present so it wasn't busy at all. Then the cook sliced his hand with a knife while cutting onions and began to bleed and started yelling the f word loud over and over. I was so disgusted and upset I left
