DON'T GO HERE!!! First of all, my daughter called to ask what was included on the gel manicure and pedicure. She was told a scrub, collagen gloves, massage etc... My fingers were never soaked, the girl just started clipping my cuticles (which was painful)and filing my nails. I had to yell down to a girl 3 chairs down when I wanted to tell my girl something because she didn't speak any English. The only thing she put on my hands was a scrub and I had to ask for lotion after she was done for my dried out hands after the scrub. The "gel" paint was so thin you can see through it and not all the way to the tips of my nails. I left with TWO BLEEDING FINGERS!! For my daughter's pedicure, the woman also could not speak English and only put one inch of water in the basin and it was cold!! Once again, my daughter had to yell to the one that speaks English from across the room to ask her for more water and to make it hot, which should be automatic when getting a pedicure. Did she even know what she was doing??? No luxury treatment here. To be fair, my daughter's paint looked nice, but we will NEVER go there again, or recommend this...

I’ve never taken the time to write a bad review before until now! Worst experience I’ve had at a business. Booked an appointment asking for sahony specifically, drove 30 mins arrived at my appointment on time and the person I specifically asked for wasn’t even there that day because she was sick. Also no one was available to do my nails at my appointment time. Instead of cancelling my appointment they told me when I got there. Licette was very unprofessional and rude and started bringing up how I didn’t show up to any of her last minute appointment offers that I never agreed to because I was busy. The only appointment I agreed to was the one I showed up for. They never once admitted they were wrong and kept blaming me. I would not recommend...

Nails visually GORGEOUS! Absolutely gorgeous! But From my eyes the acrylic and the the details close up were so lumpy and thin in areas and thick in others. I lost 4 nails in 1 and a half weeks doing simple things like changing a diaper, grabbing something out the fridge, and picking up things out of my closet. I mean they just simply and effortlessly snapped right off which is very disappointing for me because the nails had the exact shape I loved. You will indeed get beautiful nails , but that’s only good when it comes...
