Free Culture Clothing — Local services in Kennewick

This store is rude when they say they're open they're not. Then there was someone inside so I knocked because they're supposed to be open they didn't come to the door. RUDE. It has been brought to my attention that because I left a bad review, which is just my opinion, that was harassment. In my opinion harassment would be going back to a store knowing what they're hours were. If people take other people's opinion instead of making they're own is insane. Yesterday I went into Free Culture Clothing with an agenda. I had to have a back up dress for a very important date coming up. This was to be my first stop. I HATE shopping for dresses and have no girl friends here to go with. The day was already difficult. Off to the mall I went and this was my first stop. Let me tell you the girl was AMAZING. We tried to find something that would work. She was more then kind and fun to work with. She helped my day turn around by her enthusiasm and kindness. She is the only one that helped at the mall. I had a fantastic experience shopping at Free Culture Clothing Store in their newer location in Columbia Center Mall. They are located down near Barnes and Noble.
