Everything was greato to begin with, my fiance spent several hours in their store on two occasions trying to find "THE BEST ENGAGEMENT RING" to propose for valwntines day. He chose this store because we own a small business ourself and value supporting other small business. He came from eugene as well so to him it was sort of a more sentimental experience for him. With that being said, that same day purchased a necklace as a way to sway me from realizing what he was actually planning to do. The chain to my necklace broke a couple months later so i took it in had it sent out for an estimate, long story short i went in to pick it up they told a couple different lies as to what actually happened when my 16" chain became a 24" chain after one tiny link had been fixed. I paid the repair cost had it sent back this was may 21,2016 its now august 8, 2016 and ive spent countless minutes on the phone, had to call to check status due to their lack of care for their customers. Ive left 3 messages for corporate now, been lied to over the phone yet again and still have no solid answer as to where my chain is. This is all just a round about way of getting our situation out there to the public. If you knew or experienced this single handedly, any person in their right mind would be beyond ticked off. We have spent a couple grand there now and rather than getting our return bhsiness for our wedding bands, they may be facing an all together return for our money back. This whole experience has been a joke and i would never recommend their fake customer service to anyone because great customer service here was clearly never...

Great customer service and far, far better than any of the other jewelers in the mall. The guys here actually know what they're talking about, and they're the friendliest bunch we've encountered so far.

My wife has problems with jewelry allergies, so buying her engagement ring was a bit of a challenge. Some others would claim their white gold, for example, to be completely hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Often that was not the case, and so we were pretty disheartened after a few hours of hitting all of the different stores. We were going to give up for the day, but HR was the only place remaining, so we figured we'd give it one last try.

The guy at the counter (who's name I never caught, but he's the nicest dude you'll ever meet) had an endless supply of relevant information, and he had a number of suggestions for metal alternatives to help with our dilemma. Completely changed a disappointing evening into a successful one, and we ultimately bought a gorgeous rose-gold ring with a morganite stone.

10/10 will buy jewelry from this...
