My boyfriend and I rented an apartment at Theatre Terrace around Christmas 2024 for a 6 month lease. When it came time to renew the lease in April (with a 60 day notice), we announced our intent to vacate. Unfortunately we learned shortly after submitting our termination request that we needed to renew for another year. Because this management team is so efficient, they had already contracted with another renter for our unit. Panic and disappointment best describe our emotions when we realised we not only needed to find a new location, but we also needed to move everything to the new space. Kat Dunn was nothing short of amazing by not only pulling strings to keep us in the complex, but also worked with the new tenant to allow us to stay in the same unit. We were the first to live in this beautiful space and will continue to enjoy that amenities that this complex offers. First of all, this is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. It’s new and everything is updated. The appliances are good quality and I’m actually enjoying cooking again. The amenities are comprehensive and dog friendly. So if you have a fur baby, this is the place for you.

Secondly, the landlord, Misty, is so nice and has been very accommodating. She responded to a question on her day off which was greatly appreciated. The maintenance man, Tito, is quite responsive. He answered a question for me when he was on vacation.

The location is perfect-close to restaurants and the lake. I honestly couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Theater...

This has been the most warming and accommodating complex I've ever applied for and lived at. They have amazing amenities and they're so welcoming.

The complex is absolutely beautiful and kept up and the management team has gone Way Beyond in order to ensure everything is to your liking and in order.
