I shopped here and was fitted by a consultant(I don’t recall her name). She encouraged me to order the size she suggested, which I suspected were too small. She said I needed to ‘break them in’. I told her I would try it, but specifically asked if I would be able to return if I was unhappy. She said, ‘absolutely, no problem! As long as it’s within 14 days’. I spent about $400 on several bras. I returned 12 days later and asked to return the bras that I had not worn, which still had tags. Sherry told me that I am only eligible for store credit and refuses to refund me as that is her ‘policy’, though that is NOT what I was told when I explicitly asked the consultant at time of purchase. I explained to her that the bras do not fit, and they do not carry any size that will fit me so store credit does nothing for me. She still refused to refund me. Read moreI had just the best experience at Bisou Lingerie today. I'm new to the area and due to recent weight gain, the fact that I'm wearing the incorrect bra size was becoming increasingly evident. I made an appointment over lunch time to have a proper fitting...something I have actually never done. The shop is really lovely. Tucked into downtown Kenosha. The owner was great and very friendly and helpful. She knows her stuff. I walked out of there with two very lovely, WELL FITTING, bras and can't wait to wear my new purchases. The incredible employee, Ann immediately wanted to fit me, the entire time appreciating my self-conscious, insecure feeling and was very kind, professional and it soon all disappeared.
