Today I stopped in with my three children to prepare for our newest member of our family (goldendoodle puppy). My kids were a bit excited & definitely stimulated by all the exciting items they could purchase for our puppy. On top of that, my kids have really not left the house due to Covid-19. So this was a very big treat for my kids!!! Sam was amazing & so patient. We are driving 5 hours to pick up our puppy & I just wanted to make sure I had the proper "tools" to help with the ride home. He suggested a few items & even educated me with the items that I didn't need at that moment. I was very impressed that he didn't just try to sell me stuff I would not need!!! I went in looking for things I thought I needed & just left with the necessities. I really feel that says a lot about a business & I'm so happy to support such an honest establishment!!!! My wife and I brought our golden doodle to be washed. As soon as we were brought to the room the lady told us we needed “ground rules” with a nasty attitude very aggressive. As we finish our dog we clean up everything I’m holding wet towels the owner was scolding her employee instead of checking us out… her words were we don’t schedule anybody at 2:30 because what if they had a big German shepherd and we don’t have time to clean the next appointment for 4 o clock and not to book it. I finally say anyways what do I do with these towels!? I was told it was to be left in the room. Very unprofessional to embarrass an employee in front of customers.
