Maurices — Local services in Kernersville

This review is based off of my experience today. When making my return I was assisted by Heather (according to my return receipt) and she was rude, no manners and not personable at all. She pretty much wanted everything short of my blood for the return. From my SS#, to multiple signatures and my ID. Mind you, I've done returns here before and it was never so tedious. I mean seriously, the refund is going back on my Maurices credit card, what the heck. It was less stressful going to Louis Vuitton @ SouthPark. I've been to this Maurices before and the ladies are generally nice. But customer service is not for Heather, at least not today. I was going to do some shopping, but not today with her there. Most of the employees here are great, very helpful and attentive. I buy a lot of stuff online to try it out and return what I don't want at their store. I would buy it there but they don't carry my size. They are always more than helpful and understanding. I did wait for help today while other employees walked around, which was unusual, but was finally helped by my favorite associate. She always has a great attitude and treats you like a good friend. Have been in the store the last few days and the sales clerk Merideth was so very helpful in helping me pick out what I was looking for. She is so sweet and I can't thank her enough for all her help and honesty. I love this store and the styles they carry. But just knowing the staff is there to help you the way they do will keep me coming back. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you again Merideth for all your help.
