Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. My phone was in need of a battery replacement and the person in charge told me it would be an hour wait. After being delayed for over three hours I was told that my phone was damaged during repair and had to stay in store for over a week.
This forced me to purchase a new phone because the following week I was going out of state for the convention and was told that I could either receive the phone "fully repaired" at no cost or receive a small check to help cover the cost of the new phone but I would not receive my already damaged phone.
I was forced to get my old phone bad so I could recover all my data, photos and log in information on all my apps and transfer them. HOWEVER, during the middle of transferring all of that, the touch screen popped out of the phone because the incompetent employee who was in charge of my phone did not glue the screen on properly. I made a case with their corporate office but since this is a franchise location that isn't operated by corporate, they could not help me out and I was offered a "discount" on a replacement screen. When I looked at other one star reviews I discovered that other people have had similar incidents happen here.
DO NOT make the same mistake I did by trusting these idiots. They will take advantage of you and I recommend you go to someone like Geek Squad who is better operated in these type of repairs and would actually own up to their mistakes unlike...

The following day, I visited the store, only to discover that the part I needed was not available, and they had to place an order for it. After receiving confirmation that the part had arrived, I went to the store to drop off my phone, but found it closed during normal operating hours. Upon returning the next day, I was told that the part had been used for another customer, and they were once again out of stock. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and felt like a complete waste of time. I would advise seeking service for your devices elsewhere if you want to avoid similar disappointments.

First, they replaced it with a screen that had smudges inside of it, so I took it back and they said the replacement screen was defective and put in a new screen. The new screen did not connect well to my Apple Pencil, and when I called about it they said they do not guarantee compatibility with Apple accessories. So now I am out $300 and my ipad is completely unusable since the main things I do with it use the Apple Pencil. I am much worse off than I was before taking it here.
