This place is terrible ever since my old GP left. He was great! LGBT friendly and knew how to separate between religion and medicine (I have religious trauma so this matters to me). The nurse that worked with me every time I checked in, also great! She literally saved my life. Now she's the only remaining reason I come here. The current medication management guy there is horrible. Rude and unfeeling. He also thinks he's qualified or certified to diagnose (or not diagnose) adults with autism (based entirely on an hour long interaction, of course). I can assure you, he is not. That qualification is extremely rare which is why I've been on a waitlist for like 4 years. He did however decide to diagnose me with bipolar based on questions I couldn't even answer because I have trauma. He got visibly frustrated with me because I can't remember things. "Great" bedside manner. And when I expressed concern to other staff they just said "we know" and brushed it off. If you are anything other than a mentally healthy, Christian, straight person, probably not the...
Read moreI never write reviews but I feel like something has to be said. I moved in from out of state and needed to start primary care. I set up an appointment as early as possible, which still ended up being 3 months out. No big deal, I understand they are busy. They then have to move my appointment a day before my appointment because the doctor is not in town. I needed meds now since I had planned the original appointment before I was to run out of my maintenance meds. They refused to help in any way even though they created the problem. I at least got an appointment scheduled for a month later. I now receive a call saying they are no longer taking any new patients. Didn't help me to find a doctor or offer any assistance and now I am stuck waiting months again for an appointment with another doctor. Absolutely horrible service and lack of sympathy or understanding. Totally unprofessional for a medical service team. Just a little sympathy and assistance would...
Read moreI called to schedule a new patient appointment, and the woman on the line said there was nothing until February. On the appointment website, it said there were appointments for a specific doctor for January, and I gave the dates and times for that doctor, and she said "they were just added". They had been there for hours before I called, including the 30 minutes that I waited on the line to speak with someone, so obviously she didn't even check. I asked what the actual earliest appointment was, and she said January (obviously still not checking anything--just immediately January. I asked if she was sure, and if she could check, and then she hung up on me. I have never interacted with a more rude, inconsiderate, dishonest, incompetent, and lazy representative, ever. As I write, there's an appointment online for...
