Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Kettering

Horrible food and service. We went there last week and ordered two bowls to go. One with brown rice and one with white rice. The brown rice was crunchy and the white rice tasted As if it had a full container of salt in it. I called the store and spoke to the manager in charge. He said well if you come back I’ll give you another bowl of rice. Really? So I drove 20 minutes there to get two bowls of rice to bring back to it the other ingredients of my bowl with it. When I questioned him about that I received the response, “What do you want me to do about it? Are you just letting me know? I want you to replace this food but I’m not driving back there tonight. It was almost 9:00 pm. He agreed to that. After hanging up I just decided to return the food and get my money back. I proceeded to call on the way there and of course no one would pick up the phone. When we got back to chipotle I walked up to the cashier and asked to speak to the manager on duty and told her his name. She looked at me like she didn’t know who I was talking about or she wasn’t supposed to say anything. I again asked for him by name and this time louder thinking she could not understand me with my mask on. Another girl Standing with her turned to her left and he was standing right bedside her. He heard me asking for him and didn’t say anything. He gave me a credit back on my card and we left. I will never step foot in that Chipotle again. I have tried to call the general manager several times and she is never in or they do not answer the phone. Save your time, energy and money. Avoid this place at all costs. A friend invited me out to enjoy some, Chipotle! how exciting! since I live within walking distance I thought how about we meet up at the one by my house in Kettering? its always really nice and clean, the food is fresh and we can dine in! We arrived around 7:15. As we order, the individual rushed our food down the line as if we were holding something up. To make matters worse, as we approached the counter to pay, someone on the line was arguing with someone in the kitchen, and they were getting louder and louder. I could see the embarrassment on other crew members faces. I looked the person in the kitchen directly in the eye as to hint on that I CAN SEE AND HEAR everything you are saying. She didn't catch the hint....So they exchanged words well until we sat down to eat. I thought, great, now that we are away from that we can enjoy our food. No. Not the case. There were ping pong ball size red onion throughout both bowls. It was like someone took an onion, cut it into 4 halves and tossed it in.... multiple times! My 5 year old nephew literally picked them out as if it were a game. We had to pick them all out so he wouldn't choke. Just ridiculous. Overall, not a...

I’ve gone to this location for years, but today I’ve finally had it being overcharged for less and less food every time. I watched not even a scoop of rice be dumped into my bowl with me promptly asking for more. I was given attitude when asked. Then when it came time for the meat I usually get the cheapest (chicken) he looked at the bowl and put seven pieces in my bowl. A sea of white rice with a small island of chicken. I cannot convey over text how little this serving was. It’s been going down in quality and serving size for years but this was insane. Asked for more chicken and you get met with “gonna have to charge you double”. Just walk out, this place is a joke. The lady and man behind me walked out as well. Worst part is I know people who work here and they talk about how their management is getting on them for giving too much food to people.
