Honestly... I am SO disgusted. I’ve been visiting Key West for five years now with my family. Every time we do, we always make a point to stop by this store. This visit I came with my now fiancé. He stopped in today around 4/4:30 and bought me a purse to surprise me. It was a sweet and romantic gesture until he told me about the women in your store. He paid cash for my purse and that is my only assumption for this conversation to be brought up, but the women began telling him about their sugar daddies and dropping not so subtle hints that they were open to others. Mind you, this is AFTER he showed them the video of him proposing and my ring. I can only assume they were impressed with that as well as the cash and decided to solicit themselves to him. We won’t be returning. Your employees should be ashamed of themselves....

A horrible experience! I arrived at the store at 6.50am and the staff had already closed the doors. I waited in the street until someone came to open the door for me, as one of the employees was attending to paying customers. One of the employees went to the door to open it, but turned back leaving us without understanding what was happening, ignoring us. When the last customers left, they said they were already closed - but it wasn't yet 7pm, which is the official closing time for the store. The employee told us we only had a minute, showing arrogance and contempt for customers who were interested in the products. With people of this level serving customers, there's no point in having stores open. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I felt completely disrespected before I even...

My wife and I, were by the store door at 6:50PM (which was already closed from the inside) while some last customers were being attended. One male employee tried to come and open the door for us but apparently his female colleague must have said something because he turned his back on us. When those customers left (before 7:00PM - official closing time of the store) the female employee told that they were closed. After many attempts asking if we could just quick check one product because we would be leaving soon that same employee had a rude and arrogant manner while saying that we would have one minute to check that quickly. We ended up on leaving the store without checking anything because we lost our will to buy anything with such poor...
