THIS PHOTO SAYS IT ALL! Cashier is (Rude) Richie. Large Latino woman hiding from customers (nothing new for her). Customers looking VERY confused. Because they could not understand what he was saying! At first when I got to the register I could not understand what Richie was saying either. I thought perhaps he had a disability. He also seemed like he was really tired and could use a laugh. I thought I was doing a good job until he told me that I was annoying and asked if I had been drinking. The answer was no, which is why I was getting a bottle of wine. Besides, what kind of an attitude is that to have to any customer? It's also NOT COOL that you left him behind the register by himself at a peak time of the day. If you are in management here I would encourage you to view the security camera. For 8 years I have enjoyed coming to this store. Not because it's Walgreens, but because of the people. Now most of them are gone. All the same, I do prefer a real person to self checkout. It would just be nice to have a pleasant experience...
Read moreIncredibly disappointing experience. We went in around 7:45 PM. I was overcharged for sodas (bought 3 packs, charged for 4) and I went back in within 2 minutes, and the employee who originally helped us disappeared.
Of course, I got someone else (Jean-Andre Romulus) who was incredibly rude, kept pointing to the receipt in a way to tell me that I got an extra (I didn't), and tried to make me feel incompetent. He told me the other employee was on lunch break. I'm pretty level-headed about this, but he seemed to not understand what the issue was or was interested in learning how to understand or address my concern.
Needless to say, he refused to help me, handed the receipt back, and said "I can't help you." I called corporate, reported him, and got my money back from them. I told the employee I contacted corporate and he refused to acknowledge me or make...
