Barb and Tim are AMAZING! Their customer service is unparalleled. Case in point, for Christmas I was very ill and on bed rest. I hadn't been able to make it out to pick up anything for my wife as I had planned. I called Local Luxe and spoke to Barb and explained my situation. She asked me some questions and suggested a matching earring and necklace set. She took my payment info over the phone and within 30 minutes Tim hand delivered the beautiful pieces on a wrapped box. This was on Christmas Eve. You'd be hard pressed to find a business so willing to go above and beyond like these two did in today's day and age. After speaking to Barb a few months later I learned that she actually goes all over the world to hand pick the pieces that she sells in her store. She had just returned from India with an eclectic selection of jewelry and other items.

This is THE jewelry store. My friend and I were visiting key west and looking for a fun shop that was affordable and had great pieces when we stumbled upon Local Luxe. The entire experience was beautiful and felt so genuine. We filled our trays with delight, got recommendations on other pieces that would pair well with our vibe, and then filtered through each piece one by one to find the perfect ones. I felt no pressure to buy or look at more expensive jewelry. I truly felt like Barb & Tim just wanted us to find what spoke to our hearts and made us smile. In addition to the hospitality, the jewelry is SUCH high quality. They have a great range of items: from fancy to fun!

I have decided that this is the only jewelry store I want to shop at from now on. They treated me with such love that they have a customer for life! Can’t wait to start shopping for amazing...

If the jewelry wasn’t already to die for, Barb (the owner) is absolutely fabulous. She has such a genuine persona- it’s just authentically her. The entire store has such an inviting atmosphere, while being organized perfectly! She creates such a personal shopping experience and can easily point out pieces that compliment you and your taste. If that wasn’t enough, she’s so fair with her prices for the quality that you’re receiving. It’s truly remarkable.
