Anyone rating this place highly knows nothing about pot. I'm actually ashamed of myself for getting swindled so hard. I come from WA, I know pot, and I knew that Florida only had medical, so when I saw the "no med card" sign, I was skeptical but hopeful. I asked and was given some spiel about how Monroe county voted for recreational (later found no info corroborating that, also the other pot shops required a card so that should've tipped me off). I explicitly stated that I'm looking for real weed, no CBD, no delta 8, no otherwise "weed lite" but actual, honest to God kind bud. I was assured that it was real. A line started forming and I lost my cool and just bought the overpriced vape pen without looking at the packaging, take it back to the hotel, and lo and behold it's a dang delta 8 cart. They lied to us from the moment we walked in.

This is not a DISPENSARY. THIS IS A SMOKE SHOP dressed up as a dispensary. Doesn't matter what you buy - it's all weak. 0.3 percent junk. Don't waste your money.

If they hadn't of lied straight to our face I wouldn't have left this review.

Update - A bad experience in my state? No sir, we came to Key West to your shop with my sick uncle who is on hospice. He walked in and specifically asked if this was Delta 9 product and the lady said NO. But after he bought and left he saw in very small print on the back label that is was Delta 9. Spent $248 and he bought the "best" you had. No, we were not pleasantly surprised. We were disappointed and very mad that the lady who smiles so much lied to our face.

And please, don't try so hard to push your product quality in your response - every real smoker knows Delta 9 is trash. You lied to a man on hospice just to make a sale and it will come around...

Stopped in out of curiosity and I am glad I did. I was chatting with Shawn about my Mom's neuropathy and pain in her fingers. She was taking a break a few blocks away and Shawn told me that he was recommending the Healthy Nerve Hemp Cooling cream - I really didn't want to dish out some bucks unless I was going to be sure that it would work. He suggested that I take the tester to my Mom to try with the stipulation that I bring it back as it is pricey. Well, we tried it and it really did provide pain relief. Needless to say, we bought it.
