Dec. 18th 7:45 pm just left.... Completely horrible management! Would give zero stars if possible. I'm trying to receive help in the customer service area and standing behind a customer being helped with western union there's only one employee behind the counter and he looks as if hes having a lot of trouble trying to figure out what he needs to do. While I'm standing there another employee walks next to me and doesn't offer to help but instead proceeds to joke around hangout and talk to his two friends who are not in uniform but just there hanging out with him. Theyre talkingabout the next tattoo he's getting and even the guy behind the counter attempting to help with western union decides he has time to chime in and get in on the conversation. As all of the employees are standing around joking no customers are being helped. The what looked to be manager or supervisor of some sort Czarina was standing 5 ft away observing all this and not doing anything proactive to help the situation. Instead she was talking with other customers saying how she didn't recognize them with out there makeup catching up and laughing like she was on a lunch date. Still no help though, instead I'm standing here watching all this in shock that this is allowed. I wish there boss would just review their tapes and maybe talk to the employees involved to see what they could work on to be more proactive and take care of there customers. And when I asked for help from Czarina to maybe assist at the customer service counter she said she was busy and walked away. I'm just completely surprised people like this are in customer service especially that supervisor czarina if her work ethic is anything like her leadership it's no wonder you...
Read moreDo not shop here trust me go to Publix I October 14th at 9:50 p.m. I was shopping went to the check stand and the checker was talking to her friends even though she customer who she was working with totally ignoring the customer cuz she continued to talk to her friends it was amazing slowest employee I've ever seen in my life she continued to talk to her friends talk to her friends talk to her friends I finally decided to leave my groceries at the check stand and walk away and she didn't care shame on Winn-Dixie take a peek at the cameras and get rid of this employee as a matter of fact 90% of your employees are on the phone they don't care about the customers you could ask him a question they sit there and stare at you they can't even acknowledge you. Do yourself a favor go to Publix much more professional the employees try their hardest to help you out they check you out so much faster excellent customer service much cleaner organized why did I even waste my time to come to this little ghetto of Winn-Dixie. We'll see if the managers decide to email me saying they've reprimanded the lazy Checker who ignored all their customers. I did try to call the store and speak to the manager but nobody answered the phone I let it ring forever but obviously they don't care about their customers they have the worst employees I've ever come across go to Publix Publix Publix public publics Publix that's all...
Read moreNice, clean stores. I take away the one star due to the self checkout machines can be very annoying. "PLACE ITEM IN BAGGING AREA." 🤨 I did put it in the baggingarea... "REMOVE THE UNSCANNED ITEM." 🤨 I did scan that item. The machine is very bossy, but half the time when it's barking orders like that, it's the machine just acting weird. Update. That was 5 years ago. Today was the first day the single cashier over the 6 self checkout area yelled at me for having too many items. She said I had to use a human cashier. There was nobody in any of the self checkout lines which I’ve been using for the whole time these past 5 years, but enough in the other checkout lines. The cashier was carelessly throwing around my fruits bruising them, squeezing/squishing my breads and buns, shoving my potatoes into the cans, and clanking around my glass bottles and jars as if they were unbreakable. Not to mention, shaking the kombucha and clanking it loudly, which is both glass and carbonated, so if she wants to break those, she’s in for a big mess. 2 capable kids asked her if they could ride around the store in the handicapped carts which she told them “yes.” Wow. I almost wanted to leave everything there and just walk out. Publix has plenty of respectable employees. The ONLY reason I shop here is because I’m used to it. “Winn-Dixie Cashier” my...
