Kids Kastle not only makes it effortless to host a holiday shop, but they go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We recently had a severe storm that caused flooding on our second day of a 2 day shop event. We had placed a re-order the 1st day because the kids loved the items so much, we basically sold out. Due to the flooding UPS could not deliver our re-order box, so Kids Kastle not only gave us an additional day, but the owner personally drove an entire second shipment to our school and had it at our doorstep before 7 am the next morning. It was a huge success and the remaining items will be shipped back to them at no cost to us. Kids’ Kastle went above and beyond helping this momma out of a jam. They hosted our schools Holiday Boutique this year. My son purchased a toy, which he became very attached to. Yesterday he came home from school super upset because his toy went missing. We searched the internet looking for a replacement with no luck. I decided to take a chance and call Kids Kastle directly to see if they could help me out. I explained the situation to Adam and he did more than help. He was amazing! I asked if I could buy a replacement, but he insisted on sending me one, FREE OF CHARGE!! He even got it out in the mail same day and text me a confirmation with the tracking info. I was fortunate enough to chair the Holiday Boutique at 2 of our schools here in town this year. Adam and his team were incredible to work with. They made everything so easy for us! Everything arrived on time, was easy to set up. Adam was taking texts from me about any questions I had and always got right back to me. He even had someone deliver extra product to one of the schools for me at 6am when I panicked and thought we didn’t have enough!
