I would give this place zero stars if it gave me the option to. We ordered two footlong sandwiches via mobile order for pickup. When we received it my fiancés was right and mine was not. We clearly requested both of them toasted. Upon getting them we sat down to eat it at the restaurant and mine was not toasted. My fiancé went to the gentleman that had made it and stated it was not toasted and for some reason did not show on the ticket that they print out. Worst customer service I ever received. I don't know how my order got changed; I ordered 1 double meat ham and 1 with ham onion and lettuce only. When I clicked the order everything was fine when I picked up they had everything. I told this to the 2 gentlemen working and they said "call the app" "call online" "not my problem".
