Tim and his people at Natural Creations do some amazing work! While in the Outer Banks with my Fiancée we stopped in to their store to window shop for possible Wedding rings. We immediately noticed their attentiveness as well as the "no hassle" video we got from them as we were just window shopping. After seeing some rings that peaked our interest but not quite right Tim introduced us to their computer design system. Using his system as well as his experience we found a ring right for us. Fast forward 6 months later we were finally getting ready for our big day. Being prudent I still looked at many different jewelry stores and never found what I was needing and within my budget. Reaching back to Tim he made necessary modification to the original ring idea keeping in my budget as well as meeting a very demanding delivery time line. Tim even went out of his way to meet me to personally deliver the customized, one of a kind ring to me because of my own scheduling difficulties picking it up! That is service that is rare! My fiancé proposed with amazing Art Deco antique ring with 100 years of history. Fast forward to the day of our wedding and a diamond fell out. I took my mother's ring which she bequeathed to me to Creative Jewelers and asked Tim Crank if he could take the diamonds and sapphires from the ring and mount them on a cross for me. Tim explained the entire process in great detail, he kept me informed as to what he was doing, and the price, and today I picked up the exquisite cross he designed for me. It is absolutely stunning, and has exceeded my expectations. Tim is a master in his craft, and I can't thank him enough for what he did for me. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone wanting to purchase beautiful jewelry or who might want to have a designed piece of jewelry made for them.
