Every time I come to this location (closest drive to me) to do a return, the associates are unable to find items I am returning on the receipt. All the items I had to return today, were all purchased on the same day and on the same receipt. Christmas time was a nightmare, I ended up taking all my return items back home and highlighting all of the items I was returning on the receipts to coach the associate through the return the next visit because after 30 minutes at the register the associate was unable to “find” every other item I wanted to return. Store policy apparently is that money can only be returned to the card purchased and you must have the the card with you or they will not return your money to another card or cash, only store credit. - Extremely inconvenient for busy professionals.

Her genuine welcome and caring for her customers made me feel good and special inside. We went to grab a few more toys and left the store with a wonderful experience. I give her 5 Stars. The bathroom was out of order so the store...

At first thought nothing of it because I assumed she was SHOPPING. Then I start to feel the same woman staring at me. When I look at her we made eye contact and that’s when I noticed she was working (the lanyard around her neck) At this point I’m feeling like you think I’m going to shoplift? Lmaoo. She was a ginger or had orange/ red hair, plus size maybe? But I truly couldn’t believe it, until I noticed when I went into the pay line she was NO WHERE to be found in the aisles I was in. She definitely assumed something based off how I looked....
