Target — Local services in Killingly

Sales floors are disgusting, bathrooms are NEVER clean and often have graffiti on the walls. Being followed by staff members who have no intention of assisting your shopping experience and watching employees walk away in order to disregard you flagging them down for help. Store is often severely understocked as shelves look either empty or completely a mess and it’s impossible to find what I’m looking for. Often leading me to hunt down an often hiding employee who grunts or huffs when I ask them to help me find the product listed as in stock. Its evident no one here at this store cares about their job or the cleanliness and safety of the store made painfully obvious during busy days when their customers just leave their shopping carts directly in front of the exit doors making it impossible for anyone to leave without requesting that someone clear a path. Not sure who this store is catering to either as they cater to demographics that aren’t presently in this town. There are no mens products sold here that are either affordable or of any decent quality and god forbid I can find a belt. Sketchbooks for art are either tremendously cheap and low quality or so overpriced no one in their right mind would pay that asking price. This store just seems wildly out of touch with how a store should operate...

I would not give target any great rate after two very bad experiences. First coming Black Friday shipping and being told by a worker the tv they had in the flyer on sale was never in stores before or in Black Friday. Second time was today when they sold somebody in front of my brother a PS5 he then asked if he to could purchase one of these. He was told yes and then the kid at the cashier called the manager and was told he was not supposed to sell in stores. However my brother has proof of another one being sold before him. The manager told him know then my father asked why it was good for that one person who the kid had knew but not a young kid. She then disrespected my young brother and followed him around the store threatening to kick him out because he had told her out loud honestly that “selling to one but not the other was not only unfair but bullshit” I agree and will Never shop at target again the manager on duty was VERY VERY rude and yelled at my young brother and my parents for asking questions on how a device can be available in stores but not sold because you have to order online however this other guy was...

Love going to this Target. My husband and I recently went this past weekend. We were in no rush, and I noticed that a lot of the customers seem to be complaining that there was no staff. I was shocked when I heard one Very rude customer get upset when one girl seemed to be rushed and was going on her break. Dude. Let her go on break. They are entitled to that. Apparently after covid everyone forgot how to be Human. I also experienced a very rude older couple behind us while we were patiently waiting in line while one girl worked the Starbucks. I work for Starbucks myself, but not one attached to a Target. Again. People need to Stop. Think. And keep their comments to themselves. If you are in Such a rush. Go elsewhere. Go online.
