This review is for all the office and department employees of this town. Incompetent city hall front employee/receptionist. Immediately said she doesn't know anything about my question (Dept of agriculture office) eventually sending us to the wrong address. Arrived at the Agricuture office given by city hall receptionist but office of Rural Development was in a different address. DoA employee doesn't know either where Rural Development office too. Unbelievable. She asked her boss who don't know either. I told her to look DoA official website that she has access because I don't. She found it. Water was turned off they told me over the phone I owed $140. (Dumb chick on the phone added up every water bill for the year which were paid) Went in it was 30$, they put in a work order before 4pm to have my water turned back on on a Thursday before 5pm.
