Purpose Boutique — Local services in Kirkland

I love shopping at Purpose Boutique because of the care you get when looking for something specific. Unfortunately, this location is unlike the others. I went for a return, which they gladly helped! However, the shopping experience was awful. Stylist made fun of my name when she got a room started for me, no one helped me find outfits, I had to put the clothes in the dressing room as the stylist watched me do it, and while I was trying on clothes they came in once to see how things were going. It felt unfair since there were two other customers who were getting constant help and stylists were bringing them clothes to try on. Keep in mind I was shopping with my 5 month old baby. Left very disappointed because this is not the kind of customer service I am used to at...

I’ll start off by saying the clothing is great, but that makes it so much harder because going in here is a giant pain. Every worker will hound you and just push more and more clothing on you It honestly makes you feel bad for not buying 10 sets of clothes when you just came in for a pair of jeans

Once I came in and 3 different people came up and tried to push clothes on me because “this would look so good on you”. And once you give them your name, they won’t repeating it over and over again, it feels so slimy.

I get that they might just want to help, but it feels like a used car lot

I would honestly pay 25% more if they had an option where the salespeople wouldn’t approach you

I walked into the store the other day and was casually browsing around to look at the new apparel for the winter season. I have been in before several times is the past and have been met with some amazing women who know how to style and start good conversations with. Unfortunately, that was not the case yesterday. I walked in and briefly spoke to a younger woman who helped me out with a trying to fit on a jacket, I showed her what it looked on me and she didn't seem to really care, and that's fine. It was afterwards, she walked away and laughed at me. It made me feel uncomfortable frankly. I know I did not appreciate the customer service after that.
