love love loved coming to this place! back home we have basically no toy stores and so being able to walk in to an actual shop was so nice and being able to pick things up and look them over was so nice. the staff were really cute too, one of them was singing and dancing and the other was commenting on the lyrics. when i had questions, they both jumped to answer. honestly best retail service i've had in a long, long time. my only real complaint is stuff was a little expensive but honestly, for the service and they asked me if i wanted free rwapping it...

Wyatt is the absolute best! He helped me find a gift for two kids I teach and was so patient while explaining all the Douglas stuffed animals! He is so kind and funny and so knowledgeable about all the toys and what kids are into these days! He’s genuinely the sweetest, he wrapped up the gifts so beautifully and I’m so excited to present the stuffed animals we chose to the kids!
