Vacation Village at Parkway - Building 8 & 9 — Hotel in Kissimmee

Not great and probably won't go back. The place is outdated. The pool staff is lazy and mean and should be called the pool police. Kids can't play ball or jump into the 5' pools. I had to call the front desk because the attendant refused to open the umbrellas around the pool. Also called another day for them to reopen the pool 1 hour after it stopped raining. We stayed in a 2Br in building #9 and it was basically 2 separate apartments- not ideal for vacation with children. There was never any parking, if any at all for that building, no matter the time of day. We had to park in another buildings' lot or the garage and walk. The tub didn't drain while showering in the smaller unit and a few outlets and a lamp didn't work, but maintenance came quickly and fixed the tub. The refrigerator was loud even when the ice maker was off. We did take advantage of the shuttle to Disney, but it came late to pick us up and when I called the resort, they provided me with a number that no one answered. Overall, we made the best of our time, but I would stay somewhere...

Get away from this place it’s all SCAM I wish someone told me about this trap before falling to it. Basically, someone contacts you saying that hey you won a prize and come at this location and time and collect your prize of 250$ and 3 night staying in our hotel for free. The only thing is that you need to pay a deposit of 130$ but will get you refund once you visit the place. Overall, my husband and I went there despite having a really busy day. But they said we need to stay for a presentation or you cannot get your gift or the refund for the deposit.

Room was nice floors needed sweeping pasta on floor dust and cob web on wall and cieling. Dishwasher doesn't wash did wash by hand then put in dish washer. Garbage disposal so loud you think a motor cycle is in kitchen. Bathroom sink won't shut off all the way. Call three times for bathroom tissue only what was on roll was in room nothing under sink. Kept saying they bring some. 3 rd time gave them my opinion at night then brought only 1 roll we purchased a roll of Scott 1000 sheets. Bed room bottom out let work some time had to plug TV in upper outlet. I'm sure they know of all this didn't just happen when we walked...
