I was notified on a Monday that my order couldn't be fully fulfilled. I had agreed to a partial refund and everything. Amber adjusted my order and gave a partial refund, and told me it will be ready to go by tomorrow (Tuesday) but, fast forward to Friday, I still haven't received any updates, so I had to email again to see if my order was shipped. Amber ended up telling me that they have picked my order, and put it aside, but someone else took my order to fulfill a different order and now it was out of stock. It would have been nice if they didn't get my hopes up twice regarding my order. Just tell me it's out of stock in the first place. Also, they have great customer service! Grace, from their online customer service, helped me track down my order & tracking number when I couldn’t find the original confirmation email. When one of my orders arrived missing a squishmallow, she had it sent out with tracking immediately after a quick email from me!

Read moreI used the USPS service here. They informed me that since I am using my card usps has an extra 50 cent charge. I asked them how is that possible that usps is changing extra fee that is dependent on your method of payment. I asked for the receipt and it shows "non inventory" item at 50 cents. If she would have said they have a processing fee for a card that would be fine, but to state usps is charging, that is fraudulent. I will take this up with USPS.
