My friend was visiting from Iowa and wanted to stop here because she wanted some juice. We went in and saw the juice in the refrigerator. She remarked to me, between the two of us, that she was hoping for fresh squeezed. One of the older female employees close by overheard her and whipped around and said in a very snarky tone, "You're not going to find fresh squeezed orange juice anywhere around here." She then proceeded to go behind the counter and gossip about us loudly to her coworker, telling her WE had attitude problems. No idea what this woman's problem was as neither of us said one word to her. My friend purchased some orange juice anyway and we got in my car to leave. The older female who had accosted us in the store came out in the parking lot and took photos or video of my car with her cell phone as we were leaving! Not only will I never set foot in this place ever again, I'll make sure all of my family and friends never set foot in this place as long as I live here.
P.S. I know of TWO places in Clermont that will squeeze orange juice fresh for you while you watch.
P.P.S. Oranges at Walmart are cheaper and fresher...
Read moreI DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! HERE'S WHY: #1 》》The cashier, a mid 50s woman with bleached hair and penciled eyebrows (becuz I didn't get her name)---was extremely hostile and rude when I asked about the total. She was on the phone gossiping and took our payment before giving us the total. She was also slamming the items around. When I asked her for the total, she argued with me as i was trying to add it up. She acted as if she'd rather cancel our order then explain a price (which I was just trying to add up). #2 》》Also, alot of the oranges were molded and fermenting! The ones that were on the top were moldy too! I'm surprised the food and safety commission hasn't shut it down! Brown oranges can't be good for anyone! Anyway, all in all I was dissatisfied with the experience here. Customer service at a tourist attraction should be #1, next to quality of goods of course, and that was also bad. 5 thumbs down guys, hope you strive to improve! We will not...
Read moreStore can be more organized and cleaner. Mess on the Floor that needed to be swept. No Orange Juice Samples. Purchased Orange juice. We hope it's as sweet as the Cashier assured us it is. No Bathrooms from customers to use, so they send you over to the Waffle house to use they're Bathrooms. So if they don't have Bathrooms available for they're Customers, what bathrooms do they Employees use? Definitely Not Good. Any Business should Never send customers to another Business to use they're Bathrooms, it's wrong and Tacky. Other than that, we Enjoyed the Building and Noble Oranges are Delicious, Sweet and Juicy. Purchased Large Bag of these Oranges and most were Dry or Rotten, when we sampled a Slice of what was offered, was good for the most part so we thought and Expected the Bag to be the same, what a Disappointment. Hopefully by the time we visit again they will allow customers use they're Bathrooms and store will be much organized and...
