So first of all food was fine, as expected for a chik-fil-a. And honestly i would not be posting this for any other fast food place. But i am under the impression that chik-fil-a is known for their customer service. So i was surprised when my order came out and was missing french fries. I immediately went up and told the cashier that i was missing french fries. Now it would be at this point that you would expect the cashier to produce the aforementioned french fries, but no, she goes to the nearby manager and says so i can hear "he said he is missing french fries" manager comes over and asks me if he can help me. Now i must admit at this point i am a little snarky because this is taking way to long and i have kids alone back at the table that may be about to launch a nuclear rocket or a chicken nugget (whichever they can get their hands on first). So i reiterate to the manager about the missing french fries. I offer to him both my receipt and the order slip that was on my tray. It was at this point that he tells me that i got mac and cheese, while this was helpful information it was not irrelevant in the case of the missing french fries. I point out to him that the mac and cheese was a side order to one meal, but the missing french fries were a side order to the other. Here is where the snark came from me, i told the manager that i was surprised that they missed it because i thought they were known for their customer service (snark aside i do apologize for that, sure he deals with butheads like me all day) but i did feel like the folks here were thinking I was trying to scam some fries off them. The manager then began to study my receipt forensically to verify that french fries were in fact listed, i offered for him to come to my table to verify that fact that i did not David Copperfield the french fries. It was at this point that the saga of the missing french fries ends and he gave me an order of french fries. I will see if i can post a picture of my receipt so the internet will know that i was not trying to scam french fries, i mean if i were going to scam anything it would be somehow chicken adjacent given the specialty of this...
Read moreI used the app to do curbside pickup for a large group of people. First of all the wait for the employee to bring the food was longer than the time it took to prep the food. Cars who parked after me got their food quicker. Maybe because my order was bigger? Second, there were five drinks in the order and they claimed to be out of cup holders and straws. I'll bet they didn't even try to improvise so I could atleast get the drinks home safely. No apologies or further communication outside of that small bit of info that was told to me. He legit didn't care. Third the person who brought out the food did not know what they were doing. I saw him struggle twice to take food to the correct cars despite the fact our spots are clearly labeled and our vehicle info are logged in the app. Maybe he was having a bad day mentally. But you'd think if you catch yourself mess up the first time you'd try to not repeat the same mistake...immediately after the first (based off what I observed that probably wasn't the first). I'm abit shocked because we have been ordering food from this spot for years and have never had a negative experience until now. Granted it was a few little things but it was enough little mistakes/problems at once and it adds up. Service had been fantastic until tonight. Now it was worse than McDonald's. That's pretty embarrassing for this franchise. If it happens again I'll simply report this location to corporate to let them know how it's being run and not go there again. But hopefully this was just...
Read moreGood morning to all seeing this! This review is the ONLY REVIEW that you need to read to understand just how PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND GENEROUS THIS STAFF IS! I have worked in Food and Beverage for the Ritz Carlton for almost a decade now and it brings me great joy when I can see the principles we instill at The Ritz Carlton being exemplified else where. This morning was exactly that. Thanks to three helpful gentlemen, LOGAN,(AUSTIN), AND SHAMAR!
In a rush, leaving my place in Orlando this morning I forgot to grab my wallet. I drove over to Kissimmee to visit and stopped by the Chickfila here at the Loop to grab a bite. I placed my order believing my wallet was in my middle compartment only to notice, I was in fact without my wallet. At this point feeling ashamed of my own mishap, I drove up to the window to articulate my situation. I managed to scavenge a few dollars however it was still not enough for the order's total. At this point seeing and empathizing that I was out of options, these gentlemen took it upon them out of the kindness of their hearts to pay the remainder of my order. I am a person that does not take kindness lightly, it is a scarce trait few show in this day and era. The generosity these men showed allowed me to start my day off right with no worries, THANK YOU AGAIN LOGAN,(AUSTIN) SHAMAR , THANKS GENTLEMEN, I AM MORE THAN GRATEFUL, I PRAY THAT ENERGY RECIPROCATES TEN...
