The site is gorgeous and when you enter “ The Cove” a gated community you’re met with a security guard who asks for your DL and then a camera takes a photo of your License plate. We vacation there for a week. I love the way the community definitely made me feel safe and secured ! My granddaughter, found the Airbnb and made all the connections to the cost ect. Secondly, the only problems I discovered inside was minimal maintenance. My husband and I stayed downstairs in the first bedroom, while the rest of the family stayed upstairs. Immediately, there was a problem with the A/C .circulating properly. We called maintenance and was told they would shoe up within 2hrs . They never showed up until the next day . While we were freezing the others were a little uncomfortable.😣 When he arrived that morning he changed the filter in which was pretty dirty. However, the problem still wasn’t functioning accordingly. He even stated there wasn’t any issues! To have only one thermostat in such a large home in my opinion was strange, therefore regulating equally air control was a problem. I understand this owner has stipulation in what she will adhere too .Never rented an Airbnb that a customer had to supply toiletries and garbage bags.. She only supplied two.!!! Know coffee filters but two small bags of coffee. Cooking supplies limited also !!! The refrigerator ice maker dispenser didn’t dislodge ice .To get ice you had to open up the ice housing unit inside the fridge. I have the same GE refrigerator and it is equipped to let you know when to change and replace the filter. The indicator showed 90 days out and it had not been replaced. However, something else must was going on with the fridge. On the outside, there’s a pool and nice . I am a swimmer and the pool had dirt particles and dead ants floating visually throughout the pool. When the jets unite on each side of the surrounding pool the dirt wasn’t seen because the water is wavering. A pool employee tried to remove the particles but completely didn’t do a good job. I was disgusted when I took a swim and got right out immediately! The solution is the pool needs to be drain and refilled. Using a pool net is not going to do it ! Before you rent to anyone else pest control need to spray for the ants and baby lizards . Probably, if you enclosed the gap at the bottom of your fencing gate maybe that would help prevent insects from crawling in contaminating your pool and patio. . Due , to I feel a refund of some kind should pursue. I will be advocating to my granddaughter to speak to the owner for other options! Family had a great time, house came with all kitchen items and spices to cook for kids early spring break trip. Arcade games and Xbox kept the kids busy. Club house is heated pool and happy hour at the bar was nice. They just built a 2nd club house with nicer gym we had access to that also. Overall will be back in the future.
