TUMI Outlet Store - Kittery Premium Outlet — Local services in Kittery

I own a carry on dfo tumi vapor and the 3 wheels are hard to spin. I called the Tumi outlet in Kittery Maine, the manager (Mark?) said to bring the luggage in so he can check. I brought in the luggage and he suggested to send out to Tumi service to evaluate. So the manager of the store took care of the paper work to send out. About 7 days, the service center notified me that my luggage is under warranty and they are in process of repairing. A couple days later they notified me that my luggage repair is complete and they already shipped back. I received my luggage few days later and I am very happy about the repair. They replaced all 4 wheels and they work very smoothly. Thank you Tumi and the on site store manager (Mark) at the Kitterry Maine. Tumi has a very good service and Tumi standing behind your product. Definitely i will stick with Tumi products especially luggages...

I've searched & searched. Tumi has a great reputation & carries extremely well crafted bags. I was in the area, walked into Tumi & a lady said "you're looking for a backpack!"Madeliene is great at this. That's all I use. Never any other! She was always present & attentive, she gave me great ideas too. I had to step out for a few minutes & when I returned I continued my search. Suddenly it popped out at me! I found the 1!! Madeliene is spectacular! She's a lovely, gracious lady. She helped with my engraved nickname & suggested the optimum choice. She's got class. Tumi is fortunate to have an awesome lady like Madeliene!! She is 100% invested in what she does & she is super with patrons from beginning to end. Thank you...

Really not a friendly place or a friendly shopping experience. There's a terrible attitude in this store. The older lady with the short blondish hair is kind of a poop and unfortunately when we go she's usually there, and has an attitude. We are not luggage experts by any means and when we ask about specials or if they can get the size we want in the color we desire, they go into some weird industry language that means nothing to a shopper... Just solve the problem or tell us how we can solve it without acting... In the end we are buying luggage for fun reasons and trips and not sure why it has to feel like camp...
