Happy's Smoke Shop — Local services in Klamath Falls

They were super nice, totally could’ve said “sorry that’s on you” but they hooked me instead. I bought a nectar collector for dabs and didn’t check it well leaving store as it was still in the sturdy foam packaging. Well when I got home 30 mins later I went to use it and opened the box and it was broken. It wasn’t visible if you just opened the box and I honestly hadn’t dropped it or anything. I was gonna ask if they could just sell me another at cost or 1/2 off but they just replaced it. I did immediately come back to the store after so this all took place in under an hour. Definitely will be coming back, super solid...

I've been going in this store for some time now and have sent other people there. I got a vape that didn't work. I went back to see if someone could make the vape to work. I was told I should've tried it in the store. I understand store policies, but the gentleman I talked to seemed very cold hearted. His response was, "well, you should've tried it first". Needless to say, I won't be going back...
