Subway — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

Terrible service. I ordered on the website as a guest and it charged my card and said order done on the screen. It never sent me a receipt and I didn’t screenshot it because it came out of my account and said order done. When I went to pick up, they said there was no order under my name. I showed them the charge on my card snd they said they’d call their boss. Their boss clearly does not care. The workers tried. They called her. They texted her. She wanted a picture of the receipt which I did not have. I waited for over an hour for a $30 order and nobody checked in with me or communicated. I had to keep asking what was going on. Pretty horrible service. I'm not the type to leave reviews but it feels necessary. I got only two sandwiches and asked for 2 soda cups for me and my girlfriend, but when I tried to actually get soda it was just water, witch is no problem because I figured they would just change out the syrup or give me a refund, but when I asked he said "oh you can only get lemonade or blueberry". So I said again "can I just have a refund then please?". He just laughed and said absolutely nothing and left to the back of the store. So we waited for him to come out and he just said "what am I sopposed to do about it?". The food was also pretty bad, but I'm more concerned about how they were treating us.

Worst management at a subway in Klamath Falls. Heard many complaints and yesterday I experienced this myself. Made on online order so it wouldn't have mistakes.(MY Mistake) All 5 subs were untoasted 1 had no cheese or veggies completely and every sandwich was missing something. Went to pick up order and one employee was making sandwiches while the manager stood there watching the line grow. Wasn't even fully compensated for the mistakes on every piece of our over $40 in food. Replaced 2 subs and they had half the meat they should and was asked to pay for them again when the manager actually did her job and said I wasn't required to repay because they were replacement subs.
