DON’T WASTE YOUR $. I absolutely loved this store until I placed an online order. They instructed me to do a return by going to the nearest location for a full return however WARNING they do not give you a “full return”. They have a stupid policy that if you order online and it “ISN’T DAMAGED” they will not pay you back for shipping! WHAT!!?? So by bringing back a perfectly unused and undamaged item, I am being stiffed on shipping?! I called customer service and they said it must be damaged, so I replied...you would rather have a ripped or broken item back then one you can resell? So F$(@in stupid. You are better off going to Hobby Lobby as there deals are much better, and the quality is just as good if not better.
