Starbucks — Restaurant in Knoxville

I come here every single week, once a week. It's my own fault. I keep giving them chances, but I'm done after last week. Two young ladies and a man working last friday. The guy working there stunk up half of the target store. I couldn't get a name or his name tag so all I got was this lovely photo. The two ladies working with him couldn't make drinks right at all. Out of weeks of going there on the same day, with different employees, nobody in this store knows what the word FROZEN means and does not know how to make a FROZEN refresher. It's not that hard guys. Throw some ice in a blender. After asking for about 14 FROZEN drinks I never got and smelling this guy last week? Ain't no way I'd go back to this location. It smelled like a raw onion. Drive thru line was 15 cars long or so. Staff worked through the line fairly quickly. Polite staff. Order was correct. Wish I had had a personal touch to the communication between the staff and me. That's what Starbucks markets. I know it's challenging when they are busy. The drive thru cashier was just standing there waiting on the order and talking to another employee when he could have been asking me about my morning or weekend plans or anything to add that special touch. Went to the West Town Mall location. I am not a big coffee drinker but had read about the benefits of Macha Tea. The wonderful lady at Starbucks made a sample tea and suggested adding vanilla syrup to make it taste better since Macha can be very strong. It was delicious!
