Called to have my sectional picked up. When I had called I was very transparent about the damages all were damaged when the sofa arrived and were noted when I got the sofa. When I first got the sofa I WAS NOT AWARE it was arriving damaged and signed a consent that I was aware of the damages upon accepting the couch. However when they came to pick the sofa up I was immediately treated with judgement because of some dog hair and slight dog smell in the home. They took one look and left to “check something in the car.” They returned 10 MINUTES later,came back into the home and took pictures of the couch(I also have the photos) then said “we aren’t taking this.” And said that the damages were too bad. All the damages were previously reported and other than easily clean aesthetics. I let them know I needed it out today and they said they couldn’t take it and essentially I owe them another $200 to even clear off on the couch. I’ve never had such a horrible customer experience. I will never be renting from them again and will advise friends as well to think twice. I just bought a new home and cannot afford to casually hand over 200 dollars. BIG WASTE OF...

Entertainment center was supposed to be delivered between 11 and noon that following week ended up waiting two weeks for it. When we called and asked about it they were extremely rude sayed they knocked and heard kids with no awenser while we all were home, slammed the phone down out of frustration because we called them out on not actually showing up, and the manager there saying " I have the remote in my pocket! We'll be there Tuesday between 3 and 4"
Made payments with them still showing up that following week even after paying to take the stuff I have been making payments on since April! Constantly getting phone calls about payments after I had been told I could change my payments when ever I saw fit. Didnt happen said it would cause to much of a problem.
Phone calls at all times of the night after store hours are closed 6 days before payments...
Read moreDudes in here have some serious control and power issues…getting behind 1 payment makes you a sub par citizen and threats begin to occur. Not only are some of the guys rude , but have a petty nature to them. Manager is currently mad at me for not wanting to make a payment earlier before its due. Like dude its about to be christmas…paying a behind payment on top of the late fee before christmas and you want me to pay on something currently not due yet? Then was being rude about not wanting to do it. As if im pulling money directly from his pocket…god bless and hopefully whatever is going on here can be fixed for better...
