Have the privilege of looking up the exact year make and model of my vehicle found the part I needed on their website according to the AutoZone website the part I needed was not in a store near me it was in a store in Kuna Emmett and off of overland so I called the one in Kuna where my older sister lives talking to one of their employees at AutoZone about the oxygen sensor I needed I found them online for $28.49 the AutoZone employee begins to tell me that they do not have that oxygen sensor I need they have the oxygen sensor for 59 and some odd change I began to tell their employee I just looked it up online that you guys do have the oxygen sensor for $28.49 in your store he proceeded to laugh at me basically calling me a liar I now have a screenshot of the oxygen sensor how much it cost where it is located and the part number for it talk about disrespectful employees they have now lost a good hard working...
Read moreOverall, I have had very positive experiences with Kuna's AutoZone. Most recently, I needed a new battery for a key fob. Employee Jacob installed it for me; however, the fob didn't work. He tried reinstalling it, and the fob still didn't work. I was then unable to start my car. By this time, it was past the store's closing time and starting to get dark. Jacob said he wouldn't abandon me, and he spent considerable time looking up YouTube videos for ideas about getting my car to start. Based on a video's suggestion, he took the new battery out of my fob and put the old battery back in. Read moreBought a new starter a month ago, and it ended up going bad yesterday. My product is under warranty, so I go back to the store to get a new one. Of course, they don't have any record of me purchasing the starter, so the warranty is no good. Also, why can I not give them the part number for my starter for them to see that it was purchased? They put stupid little stickers on that are obviously going to get taken off before the starter is installed into the vehicle.
