We were in there this afternoon around 3:40pm. There was a couple in front of us getting 2 six inch and one person in the Lobby. I eat at subway all of the time, but this was my first time in the one in Kuna. First the place was filthy. I am not talking about dirty from a lunch rush, I am talking about weeks of not cleaning. Second there were 3 young men working and the first guy who was trying to help us was not friendly in fact we ordered a steak sandwich and he said just a minute, went to the back for about 5 minutes then cane out and said " Bad news the steak is frozen" . I ordered mine and he was making it we got to the vegetables and not kidding half of them were empty and they did not offer to fill them. After my sandwich was completed another guy comes out and says did you want steak and my husband said yes. He said I got you and then he disappeared and another young man came out. I ordered our other 2 sandwiches which, were on white bread, he said just a minute and went to the back. At this point we are just frustrated. The guy figuring out the steak finally comes back and says " everyone keeps leaving you guys". Now there is a line behind us and it is 4 pm. 2 young girls come to work and I felt so bad for them. They walked into a mess and you could definitely tell. at 4:05 we finally paid for our sandwiches and left. No sorry about your wait or even a thank you or see you again. I hope the owner can instill customer service and cleanliness into these employees as they are young and definitely...
Read moreBy far the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life, not only do I myself and my husband both work in the customer service Industry but we both work at a different sub shop in the valley, however we live in kuna and food options are limited here... so first of all we walked up to the door and it was locked with both open signs on....we really thought nothing of this bc it was almost 9..but a young lady named Rachel ran out to our car and said they were open for another hour and that they were just playing a..."joke" on us. So we went in and walked to the front of the line to order and a guy said what can we get for you and jokingly my husband responded with " everything "! Apparently this guy (with no name tag on) didn't find us funny got mad and yelled in a horrible tone " seriously what can I get for you!!!" At this point I'm pissed off having to manage my own store all I could think to myself is my employees would never treat our customers in such a way. As the young lady is making our sandwiches I notice she has a torn glove and has been making our sandwiches with her bare fingers touching our food my husband not being picky didn't complain. We paid for our poorly made sandwiches and left as we were leaving they proceeded to turn their open signs to off. Read moreDon't order through there app they took my money and I told them there was an error when I processed the first time called and ask if they recieved my order this was on April 23 of 24 spoke to someone a fellow. He said it wasn't on there end so I told myself maybe it'll fall off my pending, so placed same order again through the app it went through took my my got my food the second time it went through. Picked up at 1240pm on the 23rd but paid for invisible food I never got as well the 24th today I checked my statement and it posted the mysterious food order I placed the first time . Same amount called today to see what they could do were gonna replace it the first time but changed there mind I told him it posted to my account and he said his director of operations said to wait till m on day to see if it falls of that only happens to pending charges not posted charges if this is how you treat customers get out of the customer service industry. All I wanted was the food I never got I got charged can show my statement so be careful everyone placing orders on mobile app will wig out and charge you and you'll ask them to replace...
