I am totally concurring with Kristi here....we had given them 3 chances... before this last one... and we are done. I am not normally one to complain, and don't normally do reviews about restaurants. But when you have horrible service everytime you go to that restaurant... at that point it's just wasting money. If you refer to my picture the last time we went there was 2 years ago... and to this day still has not gotten better. Our friend wanted to go there last week because Enriques was closed... so we humored her. It was the same nightmare as it was 2 years ago. Always new staff... the waiter was rudely sarcastic. Our food was cold. He never asked if we were paying separate or together, and in the end would not split our bill. And to top it off the girl bringing the chips and salsa, who you are normally excited to see, was so rude and didn't speak once to us, AND didn't refill our beans and chips when asked. The other girl helping with the drinks... brought a pitcher of water to our table.. started pouring my husband some water, and no joke, spilled water all over his lap, the table and the floor. She sat there and stared at him like it was his fault... set the pitcher on the table and just left us... didn't say sorry and didn't clean it up. Like I said before I'm not usually a negative person with businesses and hate complaining but I'm definitely not giving that restaurant my money EVER again! Plus I will always be willing to wait for Enriques.

literally some of the worst Mexican food i've ever had. Came here for a nice Mother's day nice with my family and it was overall a completely deplorable experience. Got seated and did not get our order taken for about 30 minutes. Did not get refills on our waters/drinks or our chips and salsa and had to repeatedly ask for refills and actually ended up just getting refills on pitchers of water so we could serve ourselves. My uncle got a steak, ordered rare, and it came out legit like rubber. Sooo charred and also very thin. He reordered and it came out raw and he ate it that way because at that point we had been there for over an hour. My sister, mom, and i got the fish tacos. The plates were the size of pizzas but the actual fish was complete garbage. Tortillas were soggy, fish was soggy and poorly seasoned and looked like it had been frozen. Fajitas were mostly onion and pepper, barely any meat. All of the food was horribly overpriced and also took forever to get served to us. We spent $140 on 5 people and no one enjoyed their food. The water tastes like sewer water, the kitchen is disgusting and the cooks need to be fired. Our server did her best. Everyone in my family are worried they have food poisoning.

We went on a Monday (12/23/19) which, like the picture shows, is "kids day". Like other reviews have said, the service is lacking. My wife asked our server what a flauta is and she laughed. Then our server called over and asked another server who said "I don't know what that is, I just know what's on the menu". Flautas are on the menu. The food was good. My wife's enchilada did have carrots as filler as others have noted. I found the steak asada tacos quite tasty. When we got the bill, we noted it was full price. I mentioned that it was Monday and the sign says that's "kids day". So, we got $1.15 off our bill. Less than the price of his drink. Overall, the quality is not worth the price. The service is not worth the price. There are no discounts for kids on Mondays to justify a sign. I'd recommend a hard pass. There are better places to dine.

My family went to dinner on 12-21-18 here, largely in part because we had a 25% coupon through Verizon UP and Entertainment Coupon. We told our server before we ordered and again at the end, when receiving our bill. The server was sweet and explained she was new and she would bring someone over to help. Another lady, who we later learned was the owner's niece, came by and looked at our coupons (that were on our phone) and immediately recognized it and exclaimed, "oh yeah! No problem, I'll be back because I need to have the pin number to enter the coupon." Next thing we know, the "manager" comes charging over to our table saying, "Hello I have a dilemma, let me tell you about it..."

This "manager" then proceeds to in-directly accuse of forging these coupons. He went on and on about how this time of year, they see a lot of fake coupons and the restaurant industry would NEVER offer a coupon at 25% because that is just unheard of. That even though the coupon was fake- because "anyone could have created it on the Verizon app" he would still give us a 15% discount, which "is 5% more than a normal discount". I was shocked that he was standing there accusing of faking the coupons. When my mom challenged his accusation, showing the Verizon app and clicking on everything that brought us to this page of discounts and coupons, he replied, "Well, we aren't Verizon or Entertainment. We never authorized that coupon." I asked him if there was a corporate number to call and he responds, "You would be calling me. That's me." Frustrated over the situation and shocked at this "manager's" tone and accusatory demeanor, I retorted, "Whatever, "I'll just blast a review on Facebook." That's when the manager lost it.

He started yelling at me (in front of my 8 year old daughter) hollering and leaning far over the table at me, "I am not going to be bullied! You are attacking me!" The entire restaurant was looking over at us and him and he was rambling all of these things, extremely loud saying that I was bullying him and he wasn't going to stand for it. He said he would counter this review, if I left one and he was being nice offering the 15% even though he could have said he would honor no discount. I stopped looking at him at this point and my parents were sitting far back in their chairs looking distraught, the "manager" finally conceded by snatching the receipts and saying he'd just give us the discount, "but he wasn't going to be attacked and bullied." At one point, he said he'd like our information because he was going to call Verizon on Monday and if he was wrong, he would call us to apologize...

Well, the owner's niece came back with our receipts and apologized about the situation. She said, and I quote, "I authorized that coupon with Entertainment! We accept those coupons all the time!" She said she would go back and tell him that he was wrong- and that the coupon was real. He never came back to apologize nor did he come back to get our information so that he could update us.

In the end, we received our 25% discount but at what cost? We were accosted by management- accused of forgery and bullying. We were humiliated in front of an entire restaurant full of people. We were yelled at in front of my child. Our nice dinner that was a celebratory dinner, was ruined. We frequent this restaurant quite a bit, since it's walking distance from my house. But after tonight, I will never go back. I have never been treated so...

The "manager" tried to fight my brother-in-law in the parking lot in front of his children! In my 20+years in the service industry and my years of Management experience, I have NEVER seen such a disgusting display of unprofessionalism We had a reservation for my sister's birthday. When we showed up the young kids working were not expecting our group, so obviously weren't prepared for us. Half of our group waited quietly and patiently inside the other half was outside. The kids called the manager because they were "short staffed". The "manager" arrived extremely aggressive and visually upset (none of us were upset!). He instantly began yelling at the group inside saying "who's the person that claims they talked to me about this reservation ", I stood up and said it was my brother-in-law who's outside and headed out to grab him. The "manager" very quickly followed me out the front door. My brother-in-law was standing (with his children) on the sidewalk. The "manager" went straight toe to toe with him and my sister pointing his finger in their faces saying he needed money for us to be seated and that my brother-in-law "never paid" for his reservation. Naturally my brother-in-law raised his voice to match the "managers" tone, and said "you were in Mexico, when I called to do that" and the young lady that took the call and confirmed our reservation didn't ask for any money. Either way, we're all here waiting quietly and patiently so money for a reservation is not necessary at this point. The "manager" continued to be insulting and cut both my sister and brother-in-law off when they tried to speak. The "manager" was genuinely trying to fight them in front of their kids. He never even attempted to serve our group or resolve the matter. We were willing to wait, none of us were upset until he ran outside to fight us. After he caused this craziness he started yelling that we needed to leave, which obviously we were doing because of the abuse we were receiving! He, the "manager", even came back outside after going in to contine trying to fight with us. Just unbelievable, I've never seen anyone in a management position act so batantly disrespectful and go straight to violent behavior. Not only did he fail to resolve the problem he created a scene and escalated a major confrontation! So unless you're looking to physically fight the "manager" I wouldn't recommend reserving the resurant for any parties. Unfortunately this was my one and only experience here, myself, my family, and our other guests will...

First off it has been over 10 years since my wife and I had tried this restaurant. Due to Enrique's not being open we decided to give this a another try as we had heard it had improved since the last time which was subpar at best for food quality. After being sat down the server was friendly. The food arrived faster than normal which I found concerning as it did not appear to be fresh. This would be the last time our server would attend to the table the entire meal to include neglecting to even provide additional water when everyones glasses were empty. There being only 1 group to tend to other than us, I felt this very unprofessional and showed a lack of care for the service they supposedly provide. We were at this establishment for close to 45 minutes and were being ignored by every server passing by to simply clear the table of dishes and to provide the check. The food pricing is far beyond what it should be in comparison to the taste of the food which was a partial improvement from our last visit. The restroom area was filthy to put it lightly and did not appear to have been cleaned or maintained for an extended period of time. It's not very often I feel dirty after using a restroom facility but this topped it for me. I would also note the entire time attempting to eat our meal we were in constant harassment by an abundance of flies. This may be contributed by the several tables possessing uneaten food and several dirty dishes upon our arrival. All in all, this experience was the final straw in any of my family putting any kind of confidence this establishment will change its ways or operating procedures. I would caution anyone who is thinking about looking at this place as an...
