Lava Vape — Local services in Kuna

I heard one of your employees Holly received a bad review. This has now caused a person who has never left a review for anyone to step up and do so. I have traveled all over the US for my job and often stop in vape stores because they usually are different from the ones where I live. That being said I have never remembered an employees name until now. My first experience at lava vape was with Holly. Hands downs best experience I've ever had. Her energy was contagious. After telling her broadly what flavors I'm into, she proceeded to recommend two flavors which I continue to buy every time I'm there. By far my favorite flavors. Fast forward I go there a few more times, Holly wasn't there, but that is ok because the other employees left me with a good experience as well. Last week I'm in Boise again but this time end up at Lava Vape later in the evening. It took me a second to realize because she changed her hair color, but once she started talking I knew it was Holly. This lead to another great experience, good conversation and some new disposables I never tried before. I just want to say every time I am in Boise, I will make time to stop at Lava Vape to see Holly and get some new Vapes. Keep that...

I love this place I go in there at least once a week I try out there knew vapes I buy one to 2 a week It sucks because I have all ways got treated well there when I go in and the owner is there or his wife they are so nice showing me the knew vapes they have and there is so many times I don’t go in because one of the employees are not nice or friendly I fill rushed every time I go in and when I ask her about knew stuff she has a a attitude and says she is not sure .I truly love there selections of vapes, and you can try them out but I don’t feel like I’m going in to a place that I feel this young lady doesn’t care for me or showing me any vapes .when she is working if there is no testers she will not open one for me to test out but when it’s the owner or his wife they totally take of me .I truly don’t want to look for another vape shop I love the owner and his wife and feel they help me...

Ill change my review when you stop leaving trainees alone to make mistakes you won't melody. I bought two vapes and was told I could return them if anything goes wrong or if I just dont like the flavor. I returned less than 24 hrs later to return the vapes like I was told I could by Raven the trainee and now im being told no because they were sale vapes. The least you could do was replace them for a different flavor with another sale vape. Instead I was just told to spend more money and an im sorry. I didn't see any means of an apology, words are just noises, do something to show you're Sorry or don't even bother. I was going to use this as my new regular vape stop to support small but if this is how I'm treated I'd rather travel a bit to support small. Goodbye until...
