I heard one of your employees Holly received a bad review. This has now caused a person who has never left a review for anyone to step up and do so. I have traveled all over the US for my job and often stop in vape stores because they usually are different from the ones where I live. That being said I have never remembered an employees name until now. My first experience at lava vape was with Holly. Hands downs best experience I've ever had. Her energy was contagious. After telling her broadly what flavors I'm into, she proceeded to recommend two flavors which I continue to buy every time I'm there. By far my favorite flavors. Fast forward I go there a few more times, Holly wasn't there, but that is ok because the other employees left me with a good experience as well. Last week I'm in Boise again but this time end up at Lava Vape later in the evening. It took me a second to realize because she changed her hair color, but once she started talking I knew it was Holly. This lead to another great experience, good conversation and some new disposables I never tried before. Read moreIll change my review when you stop leaving trainees alone to make mistakes you won't melody. I bought two vapes and was told I could return them if anything goes wrong or if I just dont like the flavor. I returned less than 24 hrs later to return the vapes like I was told I could by Raven the trainee and now im being told no because they were sale vapes. The least you could do was replace them for a different flavor with another sale vape. Instead I was just told to spend more money and an im sorry. I didn't see any means of an apology, words are just noises, do something to show you're Sorry or don't even bother.
