Juan is the owner and is an amazing person that loves to make his customers happy, you can see it in the way he cooks and presents his food. I have been to several places in the Meridian and Boise area and nothing touches El Patio’s Burria Tacos. Very disappointed. This is the worst Mexican food I've ever had. If I wanted tex mex for that price I'd go to fiesta Guadalajara. It tasted like white people that have never had Mexican food tried to make Mexican food. Everything was bland from the quesadilla, rice, beans, tacos even the green and red sauce was awful. Beans and chicken tasted like they were from a can. 10/10 will never...

I love food truck tacos and El Patio is worth the stop! I really enjoyed the pollo and barria tacos; they were flavorful, filled with tender meat, and very reasonably priced! The tables were clean and shaded with umbrellas. They even gave pagers when ordering. Classy! I’m glad I don’t live far from them. I will definitely go back...
