This place has horrible service. I went in tonight and they were doing a shift change. 20 minutes later I’m still standing there waiting for them to open a register. I asked why no one would open a register,they answered with “were doing a shift change” for the 3rd time. Other people were waiting and leaving because they don’t have a proper system to do a shift change while keeping an accessible POS for transactions. These specific employees are usually present during other disappointments I’ve felt with this store. One of them is always on his phone just leaning on the counter(usually playing a game or watching videos),he also locks the beer doors 20-15 minutes early every night,when customers approach his register...whatever is on his phone always takes priority over greeting and handling customers. The other female there was smirking and laughing at my frustration with the incident of the “shift change”. The third person was female also and is the assistant manager. Yet as assistant manager she for one did everything to avoid my concerns and when I asked for a corporate number,it took her more than 10 minutes to find me any sort of contact number. She was never willing to resolve or discuss this with me at all as her job would make her the only person on hand to resolve the issue. She is absolutely not able to properly perform her job title at any standard whatsoever. I find this whole situation incredibly disturbing that a company uses such incapable and incompetent employees on hand to handle a business that gets constant flow. This needs serious attention. Any employee that finds it ok to laugh at or ignore a displeased customer who uses that store daily,needs to be terminated. I hope this will be resolved at...

Went in here the other day to buy fuel at the truck islands. You have to take nozzle off from the pump on left side before you can get fuel on right side and lay it on ground since I only have a fuel tank on the right side. No big deal right here's where the problem begins. The right nozzle doesn't work but the meter is ticking off fuel even though none is being pumped. This is an illegal function. Nothing new here go inside to complain they expected me to pay this any...

Restrooms need ATTENTION! Come on guys, clean it up. WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE TOILET PAPER! You know it's bad when you have to ask the guy in the next stall to please hand you some toilet paper. I saw a young skinny guy who works there who urinated in a toilet. Come on little dude, learn how to use a urinal & Wash your hands before returning to work next time and to the guy who cooks the food. Carnitas is not suppose to have vinegar soaked jalapenos....
