I found this place through Groupon and decided to book my first Brazilian wax here because not only was it an amazing price but because it has great overall rating. I called, thinking it was a business line- and made my appt with Briana for 5/15. The day of, I received a text from a number I didn't have saved on my phone where she didn't identify herself and simply asked if I could come in earlier- I honestly did find the initial text a bit unprofessional but kept my appt since I still wanted to try out the place. Walked in and she immediately apologized about the miscommunication over text.. so all good at this point- I didn't express to her how I felt about the text because she addressed it right away and made it okay. Briana was very friendly I did appreciate her keeping the conversation going while she waxed me because for me, it was extremely painful to say the least. She worked fast and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. It's the next day and swelling has gone down, I took a closer look today and I still have a few small patches of pubic hair- one being around the bikini area which is noticeable and another inside the lip.. I was not going to share my experience with this business Le Beaty bar but I have to ! I went through Groupon and came across her promotion of microneedling , I’ve been looking for a good place that gives good microneedling I’ve been very insecure with my acne scars , that being said I decided get the sessions with her, she said that I would get really good results , I was soo eager to see that but I noticed that when she would do a session she would be very aggressive she said don’t worry it’s part of the process even thought I was in pain . By the third session I honestly didn’t wasn’t her to work on my face , my face looked soo bad and the scarring was way worse and to top it off I could see the dent mark on ny face she made with the microneedle pen , I brought it up to her and even send her before and after pictures to the damage on my face and she did not take no responsibility what so ever she was giving attitude and when I ask her to give me a refund on part of the package she didn’t want to ! I told her I was overwhelmed and stress , now I have to look into laser and see they can fix the horrible job she did on me , and expense that I should have to deal with! Went in for the first time on Sept 20th and was really impressed with the comfort . Everyone there was so nice from the owner to her hair stylist . I had the pleasure of Teresa working on my hair . She did such a great job . She dyed and highlighted my hair . She was nice and honest with me .Her price was also very reasonable given I have a it of hair lol . I definitely recommend this salon .
