Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in La Habra

Honestly, they get 2 stars at this location, just for the food. Of the several locations I have visited, this one is by far the worst managed. Today was nearly catastrophic. I ordered via the mobile app. I guess that was an issue earlier in the week, but I was able to place my order. When I arrived at the store, there were maybe 3 other customers in front of me, including a Chinese couple that looked as if they had been waiting a while. When I walked to the register, the young lady taking orders could not find my order. Maybe it was hard to understand John through my mask and the plexiglass, but ok. Eventually she found it. It was another 25 min before I would see my food though. I showed my receipt to the young man handing me my bag and said, is it all there? He said yes. I asked specifically about my order of cajun fries and he said, "They're in the box". I left with my food and drove to my office down the street. The fries were not there. He had lied to me. I went back to get them and did. No questions. That was probably because there were now over a dozen people standing in this small store, and some had been waiting even longer for their food. One woman said 40 min and was on the phone to corporate. Disorganization runs rampant here. The staff did not make a fuss. They pushed out orders and did the best they could. But lack of organization did them no favors. There has to be a better solution at this store. Oh, and that Chinese couple I mentioned earlier....i got my food before they got...

This Popeyes chicken location is disgusting. My mom ordered a 16 piece dinner thru Door Dash and the chicken was under cooked . The skin was soft and mushy. The fries were cold. I wonder what those employees are doing in their serving people nasty chicken like that. This Popeyes need to close down. I went there one time before when they first opened and the chicken was under cooked then. The meat was still red on the inside. Today, my mom suggested chicken from popeyes and I said yes thinking she would order from the Popeyes on Imperial Hwy and St. Gertrude’s in La Mirada. That’s the best Popeyes in the area. I started eating the chicken and I could even finish it and realized that my mom may have ordered fro The Popeyes on Whittier and Beach in La Habra. And surely it was from that place. I was like geez 68 dollars for some garbage. So now I had to throw the rest of the chicken back in the oven to finish cooking. The batter was soft the skin wasn’t even cooked. I like my chicken crunchy. I don’t even see why they still in business, the people living close to this Popeyes must like this undone raw chicken. My two year old daughter kept throwing the chicken on the floor. Not me. I’m never coming back here. Oct 2024 Dirty and unclean soda and icetea equipment look up in the soda nazle. Does the ice tastes funny? I bet they dont clean the fillters oh also to mention the ice tea equipment under the metal screens there is mold grown under and behind both icetea equipment see pic even the icetea equipment has greasy oil finger prints all over them. I don't believe they empty the fresh icetea can out daily i put a lid on top came back 2 days later was still there also the part time minwage Staff Martha is rude and disrespectful I will never go back if she there. She jumps on people getting refills, not only to me but also others. Most people eat out side. Due to the fact "your not welcome feeling" and the place is always dirt, the trsh is allways full. As i eat outside and coming in for a refill she question people like i walk around with a cardboard cup that fall apart after a few times of uses And bathroom is allways broken for customer but not for staff. As i witness them use it. That broken sign was been up for a month or two. Read other reviews all the same how dity...
