Burger King — Restaurant in La Habra

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have to be honest, I am disabled and don't get a chance as often as others to get my choice of things being offered, I went to Burger King on Whittier blvd in La Habra very anxious to get the Southwestern Bacon burger that has been advertised on TV recently, I ordered the burger and the girl kept saying we don't have that and I kept describing the burger to her saying it had been advertised on TV with avacdo sauce, bacon, spicy cheese sauce and nacho type strips, I told her it was right there on the menu board, Southwestern Bacon burger she was becoming rude but finally took my order, it wasn't a small order, I had chicken fries, jalapeño cheese poppers, more than one order, 2 Southwestern bacon burgers, etc, when I got home one of the burgers had very little of the advertised toppings and the second one had none of advertised toppings, I was very disappointed and will never go back to that Burger King again, even when I arrived at the window to pay the girl was very,, very unfriendly, no customer service at all. That's the first time that I wasn't able to order what I wanted and was treated so badly. I won't be able to get the burger I wanted because I'm not able to drive to the Burger King on Imperial since I'm disabled I can't drive that far I have to stay close to home, I'm very disappointed. That burger looks so good when advertised on TV that my mouth waters every time and I'm reminded that I can't have it due to my bad experience at the Burger King...

For many years we would only come to this Burger King about twice a year. The food and service were terrible, orders were typically wrong. The person working the window normally didn't speak fluent English, actually they didn't understand English at all.

Finally we decided to try this Burger King again, but this time instead of my wife ordering, I ordered and in Spanish. The person who took the order repeated it back to me in Spanish, perfecto! En realidad no es bueno! When the order was handed to us it was just as lp up as it always was, including the hamburgers looking like an elephant had sat on them. I told my wife, never again, that was the last straw. I said the only possible explanation was that the person taking the order spoke only Spanish and the cook only spoke Chinese.

Covid-19 hit and we didn't go back until about 2 to 3 months ago, a long time away from it. On a whim we decided to try Burger King again. Then we found an entirely different restaurant, orders came out correctly, quickly and most importantly, tasted great. I hope they don't slip back into bad habits again. Just plain making a good old fashioned hamburger correctly. Now this is one of our favorite...

Apart from two employees, this place is a sad excuse for customer service. The employees are always rude. They talk down to you, I actually had my card ran three times for 9.56 when I bought $1 chicken nuggets. When I confronted the manager about it all he did was cuss in a conversation it wasnt warrented (not at me, just in conversation) in and told me my workers dont do that. Uhhh. welll. I contacted my bank and they said it was you guys but whatever. I already filed a claim and got my money back. Wanna get scammed and get bad service? Eat there. Or you can go to innout...
