HiKei Cannabis Dispensary Grossmont — Local services in La Mesa

I found this place because i was looking for a specific product for my mom to help with pain. The staff is amazing, polite and more than helpful. If they dont know the answer they really try to get it to you while your there. This place is always very clean and a joy to visit. The security guard remembered me and i was only there once so thats a nice feeling. I noticed they had animal friendly items so i will be back for sure to check those out as we have a dog that has seizures from time to time so hopefully that will help her.

Update: I like the cartridges and pods and bought a select essential cart and it was bad and this team at Grossmont is amazing! The manager told me exactly what to do step by step and when I came back with the bad cart they tested it and found it to be bad and gave me full credit for it and let me get a new one and even let me choose a different brand just to avoid this happening again. I can see why damn near every review for this place is 5 stars, they're amazing!! Like the warm welcoming vibe and people blew me away, not sure what "more" they do than other places but they do very well here. Also the guy who rang me up was incredibly friendly and helpful, got me what I was looking for and was asking questions about me to see if he can get me any discount. Which didn't end up happening, I'm just an IT person haha but he still knocked a few bucks off for me AND gave me a bunch of pens. Their had a sale going on so I made an order online for 4 bottles of the 5 pack Baby Jeeter’s prerolls. When I arrived the lady at the counter said they only have the single prerolls and they don’t carry the 5 pack. I showed her my online order for the 5 pack and she made a lie that it was for their other store, their address was posted on the order. She then tries to sell me other prerolls more than double the price. It seems like they post fake sales in order to get customers in and then sell them different products for a higher price.
