Kahoots — Local services in La Mesa

So I've been to this store two times only. The first time I came in, the gentleman helped me choose dog food for my picky dog and stated that if he wasn't happy with it, I could come back and return it. He was helpful.

Now, my second time was to return the food my dog refused to eat . Upon arrival, there were two women at the front register conversing (one long-haired maybe a dirty blonde older lady and a younger looking lady) , when I came in they didn't greet and looked as if I was interrupting there JOB ,just dry and not welcoming . I ultimately left with an exchange due to not having my receipt, but the lady doing the exchange was not welcoming and seemed as if she wasn't happy to service a black person. Wish I got her name, but I'll pop in and drop it in here . Anyone working a register should be friendly and helpful.those two women, especially the older one, lacked in that department . & if she was a manager, that's...

The store itself and the staff are excellent. My only issue is the parking area is small and limited. The store is sandwiched between a Trader Joe's and David's Bridal. The store is spacious and offers wet, dry, and raw foods for both dogs and cats. The staff are very knowledgeable and I could tell they wanted what is best for my dog (yours as well.) They have a small selection of fish and turtle food and care items. The only for sale pet I noticed in the store were Beta fish. They sell kennels and litter boxes as well if you need one. This place is not like the other pet stores they sell higher quality food so you wont find Kibbles and bits here. They do offer shots and teeth cleaning for your dogs or cats every third Thursday of the month for a fee. They also have a live mascot a bird named Mr. Gold. Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. Kahoots carries quite a variety of high quality food for your pets.Cats,Dogs,and other critter care. I choose to go to Kahoots for their food for my Kitty Committee. The SPECIFIC Brand Kahoots has brought my cats back to a higher level of activity and better health. Eyes are bright and coats are healthy. I have 3 inside only cats ages 2,4, and 6. They love this food over any other brand I have tried. Every night they are just ready for me to crack the can open. My cats eat the Kahoots dry food freely as they wish during the day but at night 1/2 can split between the 3 of them is perfect. Currently $1.18 pr can =2 nights of pleased felines.For me buying a case of mix and match of 24 cans pays off as they offer a 10% discount for buying more at one time. Thank you...
