Walk up and went through normal security check. Then began being asked additional questions after I was told I was okay. Get to counter. And you are new patient everywhere you go apparently. So I have to wait while they create my profile. Then... who I am assuming is a manager because he is also extra questioning but not extra kind or welcoming.l begins additional interrogation. I say interrogation because friendly conversation and questions were not what I received.. Between the extra questions and attitude, I am flustered. I begin to tell the clerk what a terrible time I had and that I was limiting my purchase because of the poor behavior. She apologizes and the rude front desk.persom storms over, with more attitude as I am trying to pay and leave. So then I realize my complaint is not being taken seriously or considered. Now I am being told how I am allowed to act after feeling like people were rude, and decide I shouldn't give this place any money no matter how much I needed my medicine. Being an ex dispensary owner & grower my experience is rated with a lot more then a normal experience. Basically since I'm aware of mostly everything that goes into something like this I will judge with a keen ganja loving eye. My experience was so amazing that there's way too much to put in this review. Josh H, Zed, Luke, also the guy that was next to Luke, all are the most impressive and professional people in this industry. I experienced the best service, and there attention to detail is flawless. I'm a grower so I don't need any products but I do love having a reason to spend money on ganja and because of great company's like this and great people like these , that makes me so happy to do my small part and try a little of everything! I look forward to coming back and Luke and the guy next to him sorry I forgot his name but they also have love for this that they are looking forward to my thoughts on which was my favorite. Terrible experience first time visiting this Urban Leaf location in which my favorite dispensary is San Ysidro Urban Leaf. My ID is bent and had cause it to separate still scannable and have had no issue at any other dispensary location or my favorite Urban Leaf in San Ysidro for I am able to still make purchases and go inside however today one individual was not giving any efforts to allow me to go inside not customer friendly and aggressive towards me saying "New Policy" and threaten to report the other locations for allowing me to walk in prior. I was still able to make my purchase at my favorite Urban Leaf but just comes to show how horrible my experience was and how unfairly I was treated even after being a loyal...
