What a horrible place to shop! Disgusting and dirty! Not only was there clothes all over the floor I saw the cashier and manager be so rude to a customer before me who was trying to do a return. The manager Eiliana was super rude to her. She was also rude to customers with their drinks telling them they can't come inside but she was holding on to her Starbucks cup while telling others to not come inside with drinks I mean you should set an example. I love this ROSS! Very large store, terrific clothes and low prices. Good jewelry selection and I got a great Mickey Mouse watch for 16 dollars! You cannot beat this place.
