This was my first time stepping foot into an In N Out - and yes, of course the burgers are incredible (they're everything pop culture makes them out to be!) but truly, what compelled me to write this review was the service at this location! I have one name: Julio!
Management and bosses alike... give this man a raise! As we ate we watched this energetic and charismatic guy make his way from booth to booth, tidying up and interacting with customers of all age groups with an infectious smile and friendly banter. Not only that, but this Canadian gal scored some take home In N Out hats - courtesy of Julio! And when I briefly forgot my purse at the table, Julio to the rescue yet again!
Listen, these front facing public jobs are not easy on the workers. I've been there! Socially, they can be exhausting - even for the most extroverted of personalities. And yet, amidst the chaos and busy setting, every once in a while you spot a Julio. We told the worker that we felt uncomfortable eating while he was walking around asking everyone for money. The Pan Handler was told to leave but he quickly found a woman to buy him a meal so he can stay and he did. We have now decided that we are not going to deal with In-N-Out, their manager and indoor Pan-Handling at this location. Anyone else not ok with...

That's it. But don't be fooled by the deceptive simplicity. These burgers are masterfully created with the freshest ingredients by clean cut kids wearing uniforms from out of a 1950s TV show. Each bite is a gastronomic balance between salty fries, sweet onions, cool lettuce and sizzling beef patties. It is a delight for the taste buds. In my opinion the best time to enjoy an In-n-Out burger is after a hard day of manual labor or a long hike when your appetite is as big as a "Double-Double" and your stomach is growling as loud as...
